It includes programs for improving the diet, maintaining an equilibrated healthy vs. ideal weight balance, the use of supplements for sport nutrition, successful extreme environment sport handling, and much more helpful information for the endurance sportsman.
It is important that all serious sports enthusiasts and health buffs have the right tools and information to manage their workouts and combine the right foods.
