'Eating for Endurance' is written by Ellen Coleman, a registered dietician who is an elite endurance athlete, specializing in sports nutrition. This is a firsthand informational book as the author speaks from experience. It includes programs for improving the diet, maintaining an equilibrated healthy vs. ideal weight balance, the use of supplements for sport nutrition, successful extreme environment sport handling, and much more helpful information for the endurance sportsman.
It is important that all serious sports enthusiasts and health buffs have the right tools and information to manage their workouts and combine the right foods. These books do not supply the reader with misleading information or false promises but provide information that shows that achieving targets and goals are possible if the person is committed and persistent.
